# EasyAavaas

> EasyAavaas is a free property management app for PGs, hostels, co-living spaces and shared rental properties in India. It combines rooms and beds, tenant records and documents, rent records, complaints, visitors, notices, staff permissions and reports. Android and iOS apps are available.

EasyAavaas Technologies Private Limited is based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. The published owner price is ₹0 per month with no per-bed subscription fee. Tenants pay owners directly by UPI, cash, bank transfer or another agreed method; EasyAavaas records payments and proof but does not process, hold or reconcile the money with a bank account.

The WhatsApp assistant is included at no subscription charge after access is activated. An authorised user can ask about properties, occupancy and pending rent, send reminders or notices, and record a received payment after confirmation. Some setup and detailed workflows still use the app. Availability and usage are subject to the product's current access and service limits.
