You may request deletion of your EasyAavaas account at any time, subject to identity verification and applicable legal or operational retention requirements.

2. Request account deletion

To delete your account, please complete our account deletion request form. Enter your registered mobile number and a brief reason for the request.

After you submit the form, our team will verify your details and process the deletion on your behalf. No further action is required from your side unless we contact you for additional verification.

3. Alternative: email request

If you are unable to use the form, you may email [email protected] from your registered email address (or include your registered mobile number) with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.

4. What gets deleted

• Your account profile and login access.
• App session data and notification tokens associated with your account.
• Personal data that is no longer required for legal or legitimate business purposes.

5. What may be retained

Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business needs, such as:

• Audit logs and security records.
• Financial or transactional records required for compliance.
