A warden needs to know which bed is available, which visitor is expected and which complaint is still open. The owner also needs to see dues and recorded payments. EasyAavaas keeps these jobs attached to the property and resident instead of a private chat.

For example, a room has four rentable beds and three assigned residents. There is one vacant bed; the room is not empty. Confirm the actual bed assignment before admitting the fourth resident, then review their rent setup and documents.
Use per-bed billing when residents have separate rent arrangements. Whole-room billing is also available when the room is rented as one arrangement. Choose the mode that matches your operation before assigning residents.

Invite members with their own accounts and review their property permissions. A warden can have rent access and payment-verification permissions; the role name alone does not mean gate-only access. For a visitor-only job, remove unnecessary rent and report permissions or choose an appropriate staff role.
EasyAavaas covers residential operations. Visitor entry records are not student attendance. If your decision depends on biometric attendance, a parent portal, mess meal accounting, academic fees or hotel booking channels, ask the team to demonstrate that exact requirement before choosing the app. This page does not promise those systems.
