Is EasyAavaas really free?

Yes. The app is free for everyone — owners, managers, staff, and tenants. All live features are included at no charge.

Is the app free for tenants?

Yes. Tenants download and use the app at no charge. Rent and deposit payments are between tenant and owner — EasyAavaas does not charge tenants any platform fee.

Do you take a cut of rent payments?

No. EasyAavaas tracks rent and payment proofs but does not process fund transfers. Rent is paid directly via UPI, cash, or bank transfer between tenant and owner.

Are there WhatsApp charges for the assistant?

No. The WhatsApp assistant runs on the WhatsApp Business API, which bills per message. EasyAavaas absorbs that cost. You never receive a WhatsApp API bill, and there is no per-message charge to you, your staff, or your tenants.

How many properties, rooms, or beds can I add?

There is no limit. Add unlimited properties, floors, rooms, beds, and tenants on one account, with combined dashboards and per-property permissions. EasyAavaas does not price by bed count or property count.

Are there setup, onboarding, or training fees?

No. Account setup, property and bed configuration, staff onboarding, and support are all included at no charge. There is no implementation fee and no annual contract.

Can I export my data if I leave?

Yes. Rent records, tenant lists, occupancy, and collection reports export to Excel and PDF from the Reports module at any time. Your data is yours to take with you.

Will you ever start charging?
