Match the software to the rental arrangement.
EasyAavaas is not restricted to a property calling itself a PG. Its operating model is a property with rooms, optional bed-level sharing, residents and a team. Whole-room billing supports a room rented as one arrangement; per-bed billing supports separate resident rents in shared rooms.

Know the difference between rent due and money received.
A rent record tells you what is due. A submitted screenshot tells you that payment evidence was supplied. A verified payment should mean an authorized person checked the money actually received. EasyAavaas keeps those steps together; tenants pay the owner directly.
For example, if one rented room has ₹12,000 due for the month, review that room’s rent record and verify the payment against your receipt. If a shared room has separate resident rents, use the appropriate per-bed setup. These are setup examples, not a statement about market rent or guaranteed collections.

Connect the owner, on-site team and resident.
The app is available in English and Hindi. Setup uses an Indian mobile number. This is operational software: confirm separate needs such as lease drafting, tax filing, society accounts or payment-gateway settlement before making them part of your decision.

Check their assignment, rent setup and documents. If moving from a spreadsheet, enter the verified current records manually; the download template is not an app import.

Follow a rent record through the supported verification process and review how a resident complaint reaches the team.
4. Give the team access
Invite staff, inspect their permissions and then expand to other properties. Ask for setup help if your rental structure does not fit the room model.
