EasyAavaas is a free PG management app for Gurugram owners, from a single floor in one sector to several buildings across the city. Each building is its own property under one owner login, with its own rooms, beds, tenants, rent records and staff, and an All properties view that totals rent and occupancy. Tenants pay you directly by UPI or bank transfer; EasyAavaas records the payment, the proof and who verified it. EasyAavaas Technologies Private Limited is registered in Gurugram, but there is no walk-in office: setup help and support run on WhatsApp.
Single and twin rooms let to people who work in nearby office districts. Use per-bed billing for shared rooms and per-room billing where one tenant pays for a whole room. Record company and workplace on each profile so you can see who works where.
Floors rented or owned in more than one sector, each with its own address and rules. Add each address as a separate property. Rent, complaints and notices stay attached to the right building, and the property switcher moves between them.
Invite each manager to only the building they run. Managers and wardens get operational access by default; you can switch individual permissions off for one person without changing the role.
Team access is per property. A manager added to the Sohna Road building does not see tenants in your Golf Course Road building unless you add them there too.

Illustrative example, not a customer story. You run two buildings, one off Sohna Road and one near Golf Course Road. A tenant starting a new job takes a single AC room in the Sohna Road building at ₹18,000 a month with a ₹18,000 deposit. These amounts are invented to show the steps.
Gurugram is in Haryana, so tenant verification is a Haryana Police service. Haryana Police lists tenant verification among the citizen services on its HarSamay 24x7 portal, with a published fee and timeline (Haryana Police citizen services, read 23 October 2026). Read the exact conditions on that page before you apply.
EasyAavaas does not submit verification requests. Use it to collect what the application needs: the tenant or your manager uploads ID proof, address proof and the agreement, and you mark the profile verified after your own review. Upload the police acknowledgement to the profile under Other when you receive it. This is operational guidance, not legal advice; check current requirements with Gurugram Police.
In All properties mode the home dashboard adds up rent billed, collected, pending and overdue, occupancy, tenant counts and payments waiting for verification across every building. Rent, deposit, complaint, request, visitor, notice and utility lists also span all properties, so you can see which building has the overdue rent before you call anyone.
