EasyAavaas is a free PG management app for Noida and Greater Noida owners. Noida and Greater Noida are planned by separate development authorities and draw different tenants, so the app treats each building as its own property: office tenants near Sector 62 in one, students near Knowledge Park in another, each with its own house rules, rooms, beds, rent records and staff. Tenants pay you directly; the app records the payment and its proof. Both areas are in Uttar Pradesh, where UP Police lists a Tenant/PG Verification citizen service. EasyAavaas keeps the documents for your review but does not submit that verification.
Noida and Greater Noida are both in Gautam Buddh Nagar district, but a PG for office tenants and a PG for students do not run the same way. If you have one of each, set each up for the people who actually live there instead of copying one configuration.

Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad are in Uttar Pradesh. The UP Police website lists Tenant/PG Verification under its citizen services, linking to the UP Police citizen portal (UP Police, read 23 October 2026). You submit the request yourself on that portal or at your police station.
EasyAavaas does not file the request and does not check identity against Aadhaar, DigiLocker or any government database. It gives you one place to hold each tenant's ID proof, address proof and agreement, with a single verified flag that records who reviewed the profile and when. Uploaded documents are visible to people with access to that tenant's record. Check current requirements with the police; this is not legal advice.
Move-outs bunch up in student PGs at semester end and are spread out in working PGs. The same safeguards apply to both. The app will not complete a move-out while rent is unpaid, an issued item such as a room key or Wi-Fi router is still with the tenant (unless the owner overrides), or the deposit is unsettled. Record the refund now or mark it refund later. Deductions are a written note, not separate line items.

Yes, if they have different addresses, rules or staff. Each property keeps its own rooms, tenants, rent records and notices, and you can still see combined totals in the All properties view.
No. You submit it on the UP Police citizen portal or at your police station. EasyAavaas holds the tenant documents and records who marked the profile verified.
Yes. A tenant registers a guest in the app, and the owner, manager or warden approves or denies it, then checks the visitor in and out. Staff cannot create a visitor entry on their own.
Yes. Set the property type to girls, add your rooms and beds, and invite your warden with the permissions you choose. The app has no attendance, mess menu or parent portal.
The app works the same way in Ghaziabad. Ghaziabad is also in Uttar Pradesh, so the UP Police citizen services apply there too.
